In case you have forgotten what a fantastic tournament we had last year
take a moment to read below and look at some of the photos from WIN2015!
THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAMS WHO PARTICIPATED IN WIN 2015!
Despite the challenging weather the Westport Soccer Association
hosted a record number of teams at this year's tournament!
Thanks to all the coaches, managers, players, moms and dads for braving
the elements and contributing to the success of the tournament!
And a huge thanks to the hundreds of volunteers it took to make it look so effortless!
141 teams competed over the weekend.
67 girls teams on Saturday and 74 boys teams on Sunday!

The WIN2015 tournament went off without a hitch, despite the snow!
With the biggest WIN Tournament to date on the horizon, all eyes were on the weekend weather forecast with a predicted snowfall of anywhere from 1" to 6".
What did we do? WSA organizers and volunteers galvanized a plan of action that was, quite frankly, a feat of amazing proportion. The Staples HS Football fields were cleared in time for the 9 am start and Ginny Parker followed soon after. By midday the weather was bright and beautiful and tournament play was right on schedule. A huge thanks and round of applause to the volunteers who arrived early and shoveled, and shoveled, and shoveled!
