WIN 2026

Dear Fellow Youth Soccer Enthusiast,

The Westport Soccer Association announces the 46th annual Westport Invitational Soccer Tournament! WIN2026 will take place Saturday, March 21st (boys) through Sunday, March 22nd (girls) at Staples High School and Bedford Middle School in Westport, CT. This tournament is for boys and girls ages U8 through U19. Games are scheduled so that each age division will play all of its games within approximately 5 hours.  We anticipate that each team will play a minimum of four 24-minute games within their flight. Each age division will complete all its games in one day. We will post age group schedules as soon as the rotations are confirmed. Games will be played on a point system with a final game played in the U11, U12, U13, U14/15, U16-U19 age divisions. First-place winners in the U11, U12, U13, U14/15, U16-U19 age divisions will receive individual trophies. All U9 and U10 games are non-result-oriented, and all U9 and U10 players will receive participation awards, and no standings will be kept for these age groups.

Applications must be submitted via our online application form and payment of the tournament fee, 1-5 teams ($400/team); 6-10 ($375/team); 11+ teams ($350/team), via credit card, may be conducted at the website. Both the application and fee payment must be completed and received no later than March 01, 2025. This tournament is approved by the USYSA and will be played under the jurisdiction of the CJSA. All players participating in the tournament must be registered with the CJSA, with any other US Youth Soccer-affiliated club within Connecticut, or with the equivalent organizations if the team is from outside of Connecticut. This tournament requires a Certificate of Insurance be presented at the time of registration from any non-US Youth Soccer Association affiliate teams, evidencing liability and player medical coverage. The minimum liability limits must equal or exceed CJSA’s minimum ($1,000,000), and the minimum excess player medical limits must equal or exceed $25,000. Teams must also abide by US Youth Soccer and CJSA Premier rules for eligibility. Rosters are limited to twenty (20) players, but the number of players designated to play in any particular game must be limited to 12. U9 through U10 teams will play indoors, and U11 - U19 teams will play outdoors on Westport’s synthetic turf fields. At game-day registration, each participating team must provide an approved CJSA roster and a signed WSA medical release form (or club-specific WIN team med form) for each player. All Region 1 states are no longer required to complete a US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Form for travel within the Region. Any non-Region 1 state or team must present a “Permission to Travel” Form at the time of registration.

Our tournament is considered Connecticut's foremost indoor/outdoor tournament for U9 - U19 boys and girls. It is a great warm-up event for the spring soccer season, and allows our youth soccer players to experience the thrill of small-sided games. This year we anticipate over 190 teams – and we look forward to seeing everyone on the pitch in March!
